Disclosures

We want you to make informed decisions. This page explains important facts about NABA Management Services LLC (“NABA”), our relationship with NABA Clínica Dental, how we are compensated, and the limits of what we do.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

The short version

  • NABA is not a dental provider. Care is provided exclusively by NABA Clínica Dental, an independent clinic in Ciudad Juárez.
  • NABA is paid by the clinic for coordination and payment facilitation. That amount is not added to the price you are quoted.
  • The founder of NABA has an ownership interest in NABA Clínica Dental.
  • Treatment abroad involves different laws, standards and legal remedies than treatment in the United States.
  • We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, HSA/FSA reimbursement, tax deductibility or insurance coverage.
01

NABA does not practice dentistry

NABA Management Services LLC does not hold a dental or medical license in Texas or any other jurisdiction. We are not a dental clinic, hospital or healthcare provider.

We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat or make clinical decisions. All clinical care is provided exclusively by the independent dentists at NABA Clínica Dental under Mexican law and regulation.

02

Single clinic relationship

In this phase of operations, NABA’s sole clinical partner is NABA Clínica Dental, an independent dental clinic located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

NABA Clínica Dental is a separate legal entity. It is not owned or operated by NABA Management Services LLC as a U.S. company. The clinic is solely responsible for clinical care, patient records, licensing and compliance with Mexican health and tax regulations.

03

Ownership interest

The founder of NABA Management Services LLC has an ownership interest in NABA Clínica Dental.

Full transparency: NABA Clínica Dental is an independent legal entity in Mexico. The founder of NABA Management Services has an ownership interest in the clinic. You are always free to seek a second opinion or an estimate from another dentist before you decide.
04

How NABA is compensated

When you pay through NABA, the clinic pays NABA a coordination and facilitation fee. That fee is paid by the clinic; it is not added as a separate line item on top of the treatment price you are quoted.

NABA acts as merchant of record and limited payment agent. Your payment to NABA in U.S. dollars settles what you owe the clinic for the treatment, according to the terms of your agreement.

05

Risks of receiving care abroad

Mexican laws, licensing rules, facility standards and patient protections differ from those in the United States.

  • If something goes wrong, your legal options, malpractice recourse and complaint processes may be different or more limited than in the U.S.
  • Complications can happen with any procedure. Follow-up or corrective care may require another trip or care from a dentist in the United States.
  • Some U.S. dentists may be reluctant to adjust or redo work performed elsewhere.
  • Travel, border crossing and time away from home carry their own risks and costs.

We recommend that you discuss your plan with a dentist you trust, ask about warranties and follow-up care, and keep copies of your records.

06

No guarantees

We do not guarantee clinical results, specific prices, appointment availability or the experience you will have at the clinic.

We also do not guarantee that your HSA/FSA administrator or dental insurance plan will reimburse any portion of your treatment, or that any expense will be tax-deductible. Those decisions belong to your plan administrator, insurer and tax advisor.

07

Payments and your funds

NABA collects your payment in U.S. dollars as merchant of record. Funds are held and then released to the clinic after treatment is confirmed (or after each confirmed stage of multi-visit treatment), according to the process described on our site and in your agreement.

Before treatment begins, you may request a refund under the terms of our Refund Policy.

08

HSA/FSA and documentation

When you pay with an HSA or FSA card, or when you request documentation for reimbursement, NABA provides the complete documentation you need to submit to your benefits administrator.

NABA does not guarantee reimbursement or tax deductibility and does not provide tax advice. Please check your plan’s rules and consult a qualified professional if needed.

09

Dental insurance

NABA is not an insurance company, agent or broker. Care received at NABA Clínica Dental is typically treated as out-of-network by U.S. dental insurance plans.

When you request it, we provide the complete documentation you need to submit a claim or request reimbursement from your American dental insurance or dental plan. Coverage and reimbursement decisions are made solely by your insurer.

10

Third parties

Payment processors, software providers and NABA Clínica Dental are independent companies. Their names, trademarks and services belong to them. NABA is not responsible for their acts or omissions except as required by law or by written agreement.

11

Privacy and health information

NABA is not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under HIPAA. The clinic that treats you operates in Mexico under Mexican privacy and health rules.

We use the personal information you share with us to coordinate your care, process payments and provide documentation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12

Emergencies

Our website and coordination services are not for emergencies. If you have a dental or medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency facility.
