Built so you never have to wonder who's on the other side.
NABA exists because crossing a border for care shouldn't mean crossing your fingers. Every part of the process is structured to be documented, separated and clear — from your first estimate to your final payment.
With NABA, your money should never move through a process you don't understand.— The NABA Brand Promise
What makes the process different.
Documented Agreements
Every step is defined in writing — what NABA does, what the clinic does, and what you're paying for — before you pay anything.
Separated Payments
Your coordination fee and treatment payment are always two distinct transactions — never one unclear charge.
Credentialed Clinics
Clinics are reviewed through a documented credentialing process before they're eligible to see NABA patients.
A Named Point of Contact
A real person coordinates your case from start to finish — not a ticket queue or a chatbot.
You always know who you're paying, and why.
Every NABA arrangement separates two payments, documented from the start.
Covers administrative, logistical, marketing and technology-related services — the coordination that makes cross-border care possible.
The treatment amount charged on behalf of the independent clinic providing your care.
Not every clinic becomes part of the NABA network.

Frequently asked questions
Is NABA a dental clinic?
No. NABA is a management and administrative services company. Dental treatment is provided independently by licensed dental professionals in Mexico — NABA coordinates the process around that care.
How is NABA different from just booking directly with a clinic?
Booking directly means managing verification, payment and logistics yourself. NABA credentials the clinic in advance, documents your agreement before you pay, and stays your point of contact throughout — while keeping your payments clearly separated.
Why should I trust a company that's just launching?
Fair question. NABA is built around documentation instead of promises — every clinic is credentialed, every payment is separated, and every step of your agreement is in writing before you pay anything. We'd rather earn trust through structure than ask for it in advance.
Is my payment protected?
Your NABA agreement documents exactly what you're paying for and the terms that apply, including refund terms, before you pay anything — so you know where you stand from the start.
What happens if I'm unhappy with my treatment?
Clinical outcomes are between you and your treating dentist, since NABA doesn't make clinical decisions. NABA's role is making sure the administrative side — documentation, communication and payment — is handled clearly if any concerns come up.
Does NABA make money from clinic referrals?
Yes. NABA may receive compensation from participating clinics in connection with the administrative and marketing services it provides. Any applicable clinic compensation is disclosed as part of NABA's relationship with the clinic. Your coordination fee is separately identified from the amount associated with your dental treatment, so you can see what you're paying for.
